Q: What is Capital BrewFest: Fall Seasonals?
A: It's the very best kickoff to the outdoor festival season in DC and the first of five our company will be producing in 2020! Capital BrewFest: Blossom Bash is the ONLY Cherry Blossom Wine & Beer Festival and is a celebration of the very best beer-drinking season — SPRING!
We have more than 40 of the very best brand-new seasonal craft beers available to you for unlimited tasting in one amazing day! Plus we'll have 25+ wines (including lots of Rosé & sparkling varietals!) and tons of ciders--and you get to try them all!
Finally, you’ll enjoy delicious food available for purchase from DC’s best food trucks, music, arts, games, and more!
Q: What beers are being served? Can I try them all?
A: Yes, give it your best shot! We'll have more than 40 beer options available for you to try -- tons of brand-new seasonal beers just coming available in DC from your favorite breweries, and many of which are only available at this festival!

Q: What about wine? Cider? Gluten-free options?
A: We've got you covered! We'll have about 25 amazing wine options, and a bunch of different delicious naturally gluten-free ciders on tap.
Q: What comes with a VIP ticket?
A: Visit our VIP page for the skinny on our premium ticket option with additional features! You may want to treat yo-self, because it's sort of worth it!
Q: Is there a map of all the beers and the venue?
A: Our map of the venue/beer locations will be posted about one week prior to the event.
Q: What food trucks will be there?
A: Hungry? We’ll have the very best of DC’s food trucks to pair with your beer & wine! We’ll post the exact choices so you can plan ahead about one week prior to the event!
Q: How do I transfer my registration to someone else or to a different session?
A: Use these instructions from Eventbrite to easily transfer your ticket to a new name. You can also transfer sessions using their system (change in price may be applicable). Also -- you can just send someone your ticket directly via email if you can no longer go -- all they need is the barcode!
Q: Is the event rain or shine?
A: YES -- we'll see you rain or shine at Capital BrewFest!
Q: Can I bring in food? Water?
A: Outside food is OK. Water, in unopened bottles only, are OK--no other outside beverages are allowed.
Q: Can I bring a bag? Is there a bag/coat check?
A: There is no bag or coat check available on site. Small (think like a normal purse) bags or smaller are OK. No large bags like backpacks/luggage/duffel bags are allowed. Purses will be inspected on entry by security staff, so please have them out and open.
Q: Do you have to be 21? What about my tiny baby?
A: Yes, all attendees must be 21 years or older--absolutely no exceptions (even babies, sorry!). Please bring your ID to be checked at the entrance.
Q: Can I leave and come back?
A: Nope, once you’re in, ya gotta stay in — you cannot leave and come back during a session.
Q: What if I don't drink?
A: There will be plenty of water and soft drinks available for purchase, but there are no separate tickets available for non drinkers -- all entry tickets are the same.
Q: What about gluten free options?
A: We have a bunch of ciders that are naturally gluten free, plus some of those hip new hard seltzers!
Q: What's the best way to get to the event?
A: Short answer: take Metro or rideshare! Our venue at the Bullpen is directly across from the Half Street exit of the Navy Yard green line Metro. There is lots of parking in the area for free, but driving is dumb if you're having lots of beer--please don't drink and drive.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are available through April 18th, after that, all sales are final! You can transfer your registration to someone else easily using our Eventbrite online ticketing system.
Q: Can I bring a dog? Cat? Lemming? Mongoose?
A: No, sorry, no furry friends of any sort allowed, except for certified (and marked) service animals.
